Pricing Schedule
Katt McDonald OT provides transparent pricing for all client types. Our rates are aligned with industry standards to ensure high-quality care is accessible across Northern NSW and via Telehealth nationwide.
NDIS Services
Rates are set according to the current NDIS Price Guide. This applies to Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants only. Katt McDonald OT does not offer services for NDIS Participants managed through the NDIA.
Therapeutic Supports are charged under IDL or Core
at the current rate of $193.99/hr PLUS
Travel is charged at $96.99/hr AND
Travel (non-labour) $1/km
Please note that Katt McDonald is located in Kyogle so will travel up to 1 hour and other areas by negotiation.
Telehealth is charged the hourly rate for IDL or CORE.
Home Support Packages
Pricing for Level 1-8 Home Support Packages is negotiated directly with your provider. We offer comprehensive assessments and ongoing therapeutic intervention.
Currently this rate is $150/hr (inclusive of therapy, travel, assessment and administration).
Private Services
Competitive private rates are available for individuals not covered by NDIS, insurance or Home Support Package option. Katt McDonald offers private therapy services that the client may be able to claim through your private health insurance provider (It is up to the client to claim through their insurance agency and determine if OT services are covered).
Currently private services are offered at $150/ hr (inclusive of therapy, travel, assessment and administration).
